No NAESTech-funded payout guarantee
NAESTech does not fund shortfalls. A payout only happens after all required contributions for that cycle are fully collected, verified, reconciled, and cleared.
Underfunded cycles pause
If even one required contribution is missing, payout processing pauses and the group is notified.
Server-side calculations
Amounts are calculated and stored in the backend using Decimal money values and auditable fee rules.
Webhook discipline
Forwarded PayChangu events from NAESTech must pass internal HMAC verification and idempotency checks.
Exit controls after payout
Active members with unresolved contributions cannot exit. Members who have received or are receiving a payout need replacement review before exit.
Fee transparency
Contribution totals separate the member pool, provider reserve, platform fee, join fee, and penalties before payment.
