When does payout happen?
Only when every required contribution in the cycle is verified, reconciled, and cleared.
Can a group use bank and mobile money payouts together?
No. Each group chooses one payout method type before it starts.
Are off-platform manual bids protected?
No. Manual bids are recorded with a warning and are not provider-protected.
Can fees change?
Admins can change fee rules for future calculations. Historical financial records are not mutated.
